MPSwift Engineering offers consultation and design packages to a variety of clients in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Formed in 2017 by founder and CEO Matthew Swift, our mission is to create ingenious engineering solutions to exacting specifications.

Matthew P. Swift
Matthew holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering with Merit from the University of Nottingham and a BSc (Hons) in Design Visualisation with a 2:1 from the University of Bournemouth. He was Lead Engineer working within the Air Induction Systems department for Jaguar Land Rover with a focus on advanced products. He was responsible for the design, development, target attainment and early prototype delivery of these systems.
Prior to joining Jaguar Land Rover, he spent 3 years working for Cobham plc in the Aerospace and Defence industry, 2 of which were enrolled on their IMechE accredited Graduate Scheme. During this time he worked in Mechanical Design Engineering, Advanced Product Development and Prototypes, Engineering Design and Testing, and Weapons Carriage and Release. He also set up and led research into the use of additive manufacturing for delivered product. These results have been integrated into Cobham products.
